Show mandatory custom fields

Some fields like the address would be mandatory, but others like the custom fields may not be needed. It would be nice to be able to set what is mandatory and what is not, and to show that on the form.

Currently, all non-custom fields (other than comment) are mandatory. Comment and custom-fields are all manual.

Allowing you to require comment and/or custom fields is totally reasonable. I'll track this in a Github issue.

Chris Riccomini: it's not clear at all from the UI which are mandatory and which are not - so it would be great to denote that somehow.
